Digital Downloads FAQ
Thank you for purchasing a Magic Fatima digital art print! Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about your download.
📁 File Formats & Sizes
What file format will I receive?
Your download will be delivered as a high-resolution PDF or PNG file (noted on each product listing). Both formats are print-ready and widely accepted by professional print shops and home printers.
What dimensions are included?
Each listing specifies the exact dimensions. Common sizes include:
- 8×10 format - can be resized in that ratio
Multi-size packs include all listed sizes in a single ZIP file. Please check your specific product listing for the sizes included.
🖨️ Print Quality & Resolution
What resolution are the files?
All files are provided at 300 DPI (dots per inch), which is the professional standard for sharp, gallery-quality prints.
Will my print look pixelated or blurry?
Not if printed at or below the listed size. Printing larger than the intended dimensions may reduce quality. We recommend printing at the exact size specified in the listing for best results.
What color profile is used?
Files are saved in sRGB color mode, which is compatible with the widest range of home printers and professional print services. For CMYK-specific requirements, please consult your print provider.
📦 Delivery & Access
How will I receive my files?
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files at any time through your order confirmation page.
How long do I have to download my files?
Download links are available for a limited period. We recommend saving your files to your device or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud) immediately after purchase.
I didn't receive a download email — what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't locate it, contact us at the email on your order confirmation and we'll resend your link promptly.

🛠️ Troubleshooting
My file won't open — what should I do?
- Make sure you have a PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Preview on Mac) or an image viewer installed.
- If you downloaded a ZIP file, unzip it first before opening the files inside.
- Try downloading the file again using the link in your confirmation email.
The colors look different on screen vs. in print — is that normal?
Yes, screen-to-print color variation is common due to differences in monitor calibration and printer settings. For the most accurate color, ask your print shop about color-managed printing.
I need a different size or format — can you help?
We do not currently offer custom resizing as a standard service. For size-specific needs, please contact us before purchasing and we'll do our best to assist.
